MASTER 940 / 1040
These are the “little sisters” of the heavy Magnum 1240. Due to the smaller working width, they have only 6 pendulum frames instead of 8 on the Magnum.

MAGNUM 1240
Enormous working width, powerful impact – the Magnum is the giant among our Prismatic Rollers®. The all-season machine for large farms and contractors with center-suspended, trailed pendulum frame (only available from Güttler).

Tight turning circle. No erasing.
Tight turning and high maneuverability despite large working widths – a unique advantage of all GÜTTLER® trailed rollers. The risk of collision with the drawbar? Excluded. All roller axes are arranged in alignment. Thus, it is possible to turn on the spot. Without erasing. And without damaging valuable crops.
Seedbed preparation to sugar beet, corn, soybean, etc. ...
If the soils are very uneven and / or wet, the seedbed should be raised, leveled and allowed to flash off. For example, with a SuperMaxx Bio. As soon as the soils turn gray, the next pass with the Güttler roller can be used for the final seedbed preparation.
Once the soil turns gray, it can be worked with a roller without fear of structural damage. It still has sufficient residual moisture to reconsolidate well and crumbles along its live shoring. As a result, you get an ideal seedbed:
- firm, water-bearing seed horizon = rapid and uniform field emergence
- stable crumb structure = low risk of crust formation and erosion = safe field emergence
- intact gas exchange = rapid heating of the seedbed
- vital stocks, secure yields
Thus, the order runs quickly, with enormous impact and extremely gentle on the ground!
The NonStop attachments make the Master or Magnum rollers a universally applicable device:
- for seedbed preparation after plow, cultivator, or disc harrow
- for “scoring” rapeseed stubble after threshing, um:
- stimulate the failure rape to germinate
- to hit the rapeseed straw and stubble to get the rotting going faster.
- to forgive grain straw to stimulate the germination of the failure grain.
- for tilling catch crops
- for the control of corn borer in the stubble of silage maize

Larger and heavier roller stars??
As the inventor of the Prism Roll®, we hope you will trust us to be able to realize larger and heavier roll stars at any time and with ease. So why don’t we do it, when the whole world is striving for “bigger and bigger” and “heavier and heavier”? The answer is quite simple: more than forty years of experience teach us that our soils usually do not suffer from a lack of reconsolidation, but rather often enough from excessive compaction caused by the use of heavy machinery. Since our rollers can also be used on damp floors due to their excellent self-cleaning properties, we believe that caution is more than appropriate! Not always you notice the emergence of soil damage at first sight! Not only in arable farming, but also on grassland. There, heavy equipment in wet soil very quickly leads to dense bearing of the soil. The consequences are a lack of oxygen in the root zone and stagnant growth.
